Warehouse Manager

A fast-growing consumer products company is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Operations Manager to oversee third-party warehousing operations across the United States. This role will be responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment coordination, warehouse performance optimization, and customer delivery support to ensure efficient and high-quality supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of third-party (3PL) warehouses, ensuring accurate and efficient inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes, as well as timely and accurate system data synchronization.
• Develop and execute inventory allocation and order fulfillment strategies across multiple warehouse locations to support customer demand and achieve service-level objectives.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with customers' logistics, fulfillment, and delivery management teams to ensure smooth order execution and issue resolution.
• Monitor and evaluate 3PL service providers against operational KPIs, service standards, and contractual commitments, and provide regular performance reports to company leadership.
• Manage non-routine operational matters, including returns processing, defective product disposition, inventory exceptions, and other supply chain-related issues.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency, optimize costs, and enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of warehouse management experience in eCommerce fulfillment, 3PL, logistics, or distribution center operations.
• Hands-on experience managing high-volume fulfillment operations with daily parcel shipments exceeding 100,000 orders.
• Strong background in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and E-commerce order fulfillment, including pick-pack-ship processes and last-mile delivery coordination.
• Proven experience leading large warehouse teams in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, labor planning, and process optimization.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and fulfillment performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Experience managing automated fulfillment centers, e-commerce fulfillment operations, or cross-border logistics warehouses is highly preferred.
