MindMind develops physical tools that support calmness, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation through simple, daily conscious breathing.

In a time where stress, anxiety, and emotional overload are rapidly increasing among children, young people, and adults, many societies are facing growing challenges related to mental wellbeing. Conditions such as ADHD, PTSD, and stress-related disorders are becoming more common, while current approaches often focus on symptom management rather than root-cause regulation.

MindMind offers a simple, evidence-informed solution: a physical tool that guides users into rhythmic breathing and mental training — individually or in groups — without the need for a facilitator. The result is often increased calm, focus, and emotional stability within minutes of use.

The solution is developed in Denmark in collaboration with leading psychiatric healthcare experts and organizations such as SIND (The Danish Association for Mental Health), and is based on scientific principles of nervous system regulation.

Today, MindMind is widely used across Denmark in schools, social care institutions, and the Danish Armed Forces. More than 10% of Danish schools are already working with the solution, and partnerships are now established in Norway, Sweden, and Finland.

MindMind is rooted in the Danish design tradition and was nominated for the Danish Design Award in 2025. All products are manufactured in Denmark on the island of Bornholm.

We are currently expanding into Japan and EMEA and are looking for strong distribution partners.
