What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new customers in DACH and France
- Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy targeting both existing and potential accounts
- Generate consistent pipeline and manage deal progression across a high volume of target accounts
- Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to refine processes that support new business growth
- Utilize CRM tools to forecast and coach the sales team based on data-driven insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience leading high-performing field sales teams in open source, DevOps, or SaaS environments
- Background in coaching and developing Account Executives to drive new revenue
- Demonstrated ability to design effective sales strategies for diverse account bases
- Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools, including Salesforce and Clari
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with executive stakeholders
