You will guide a team of product managers and engineers to scale our security offerings into a multi-hundred million dollar annual business. This role focuses on building market-leading security solutions while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture in our Paris office.

What you'll do

• Direct the strategy, roadmap, and execution for multiple security product lines to meet aggressive revenue targets.
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers, including both individual contributors and managers.
• Develop and implement pricing and packaging models to maximize market share and revenue.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive product adoption.
• Represent the product portfolio to external stakeholders, including industry analysts, the press, and customers.
• Ensure consistent delivery of product outcomes through cross-functional alignment with engineering and partner teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management with a track record of success in the CNAPP market.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale shared platform capabilities across multiple products.
• Experience managing and developing product management teams.
• Technical background as a software engineer, security engineer, or equivalent technical expertise.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize market, competitive, and usage data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to executive and external audiences.
• Experience developing go-to-market programs and hitting revenue targets in collaboration with sales and marketing.
