What you'll do

• Architect and develop security agent features for runtime threat detection and workload protection.
• Create reusable eBPF-based monitoring tools to provide visibility into processes, files, and networks.
• Manage the full lifecycle of new features from initial strategy and design through to final rollout.
• Develop and refine testing frameworks to ensure platform reliability, performance, and detection accuracy.
• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and engineering teams to build shared capabilities across the platform.
• Provide technical mentorship and influence engineering strategy across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven background in software development within Linux environments, including deep knowledge of kernel APIs and systems programming.
• Hands-on experience with eBPF, kernel-level instrumentation, networking systems, or driver development.
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade software across various Linux distributions and kernel versions.
• Ability to design systems where performance and reliability are critical requirements.
• Strong product focus with the ability to balance technical goals with customer usability.
