Director, Private Credit Origination & Partnerships

Resourceful Talent Group is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships & Private Credit Origination for a growing alternative-financing company. You will expand a professional referral network and originate lower-middle-market financing opportunities typically ranging from $1M–$25M.

In this relationship-driven role, you will build and leverage connections with banks, CPAs, attorneys, investment bankers, and other intermediaries to generate repeat deal flow and close transactions.
