The Junior Analyst will work across a wide range of financing opportunities, including corporate lending, leveraged finance and infrastructure lending. As part of a growing team based in Paris, the successful candidate will contribute to live transactions from day one, working closely with senior bankers and gaining direct exposure to clients throughout the execution process.
Main tasks
- Support public and private deal execution, liaising with clients, legal counsel and internal credit and risk functions
- Build and maintain financial models
- Prepare pitches, market updates and credit papers
- Review debt documentation alongside senior bankers and external counsel
- Contribute to day-to-day origination efforts, including the identification and preparation of new business opportunities
- Work alongside the team's interns and help onboard them onto ongoing workstreams

Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial candidate, eager to take on responsibility early and to gain exposure to senior bankers and clients on live transactions. The candidate should combine strong analytical and modelling skills with excellent oral and written communication and a high level of attention to detail.
One to two years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, debt advisory or audit is required, ideally with some exposure to transaction execution.
Fluency in English and French is required. A good command of Italian is considered a plus.
