Responsibilities\n\n

Responsible for the on-going operation and revenue generating activities of Express.

This position will supervise the establishment and implementation of training programs directed at successful operational performance and operational career development, and the security of facilities, equipment, personnel, information and inventory.

Effectively lead / coach / mentor 16+ other GMs to success.

Identify stations that are deviating from plan and assist GM and Regional Managers in developing and executing action plans. Develop and maintain dashboards
