What you'll do...
As the F&B Director at The Hoxton Paris, you'll lead our restaurant Rivié, lobby bar, courtyard terrace, Planche, Jacques Bar, Room Service, events & private dining offering. You'll ensure all spaces deliver impeccable service, creative menus, and buzzy atmospheres—Creating an offer that keeps our hotel guests engaged and excited to stay on-site, while also drawing in the local Paris crowd by making our space the place to be
You'll be part of the senior leadership team and work closely with our Regional F&B and Brand teams to deliver standout concepts and achieve strong commercial performance.
What you'll be responsible for...
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team across floor, kitchen, and bar teams
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across all F&B touchpoints
- Evolve and drive the strategy for Rivié to become the neighborhood restaurant of choice
- Oversee the P&L and all operational elements of F&B including budgeting, cost control, stock, and compliance
- Collaborate with Brand & Marketing on activations, campaigns, and community events
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and service across all outlets - Innovate with new ideas for menus, programming, and product offerings
• Build relationships with local suppliers, creatives, and Hoxton regulars - Lead training and development programmes to grow your team What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a senior F&B leader in high-volume lifestyle hospitality (min. 3 years) – in Paris scene with an international experience . Understanding the legislation in detail would be a large plus for you
- Deep understanding of both front and back of house operations
- A passion for Paris' food and drink scene, with a finger on the pulse of trends and local talent
- Hands-on leadership style — you're present on the floor and known by name
- Strong business acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Creative thinker who can translate brand values into on-the-ground experiences
- Strong people skills — you're a motivator, communicator, and culture-builder
- Fluent in French & English
