Your RoleAs an Operations Intern within the large projects team, you'll play a key role in enhancing the resident experience and the daily management of our residences in France and other countries. Our team is quickly expending along our new projects.
You'll work closely with our Large Projects team to support the day-to-day management of our XXL Building spaces, particularly during the high-activity summer months.
This internship is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and eager to dive into a variety of projects—including some responsabilities on the field.
At the office:
Customer relationship management through various channels (Zendesk, phone, etc.)
Tenants onboarding and offboarding verification
Follow-up on invoices and administrative documents
Participation in the daily management of the residences:
- Quality control visits
- Check-in/check-out inspections
- Inventory management (linen, furniture, consumables)
- Analysis of recurring incidents to improve processes
- Organization of "Colonies" events to enhance brand image
On the field :
Welcoming service providers (technicians, cleaning staff, etc.)
Presence and assistance for tenants
Your Profile
Student in real estate, business school, hospitalityor event management, etc.
Comfortable in English
Energetic and motivated to work in the field
Organized, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and synthesis skills
Adaptable to unexpected situations and proactive
