MANITOU Group is seeking a Director of Commercial Excellence in France to lead sales and services transformation. You will define Playbooks, establish regional structures, and drive CRM-enabled processes to boost efficiency and service adoption.

The role requires 10–15 years of leadership in sales and a global mindset. Expect high collaboration across regions, training delivery, and a strong focus on data-driven decision making. Ancenis, France with some travel will be involved.
