Director, Facility Operations & Maintenance

European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines & HealthCare (EDQM), Council of Europe, Strasbourg, seeks a Senior Facilities Manager to lead the Facility Operations and Maintenance Section, oversee portfolio maintenance, and drive energy efficiency and digitalization across all sites.

You will manage a multi-technical team, coordinate major maintenance projects, and ensure regulatory compliance and optimal service delivery within the Organisation's real‑estate portfolio.
