As Director, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) you will lead and advance BIC’s established global risk management framework, ensuring it continues to evolve in line with the company’s growth and increasing complexity. This role builds on existing ERM foundations to further embed a proactive, enterprise-wide risk approach -enhancing governance, strengthening risk visibility, and integrating risk management into strategic decision-making. You will partner closely with senior leadership and business teams to drive consistency, maturity, and accountability across all aspects of risk management.

Key Responsibilities:\n\n1. Strengthen & Evolve the ERM Framework\n\n

Lead the ongoing evolution and maturity of BIC’s ERM framework, tools, and policies\n\n

Enhance existing methodologies to ensure consistent identification, assessment, and management of risks globally\n\n

Ensure alignment of risk practices with business strategy and organizational priorities
