Responsibilities

  • Leading engineering responsibilities within PPI (Pre Product Innovation), NPI (New Product Innovation), CPI (Continuous Product Innovation), and VAVE activities
  • Partnering with Product Management to shape product vision, defining roadmaps, and assisting in backlog prioritization
  • Fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, collaborating, and continuous improvement
  • Driving a sustainable culture of agility, embracing constant change while maintaining alignment with long term strategic goals
  • Building, mentoring, and developing a highly performing engineering organization with strong technical depth

YourExperienceand Background include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • 10+ years of driving high ‑ performance software engineering organizations and delivering transformative results
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes, certifications, and standards
  • Experience working within global, multi ‑ site engineering organizations
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing engineering budgets
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer ‑ facing skills
  • Experience leading multi ‑ disciplinary engineering teams (firmware, embedded, mobile, backend, cloud)
  • Experience leading distributed engineering teams across multiple geographies
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi ‑ release product lines with high reliability
  • Experience applying security best practices across firmware, mobile, and cloud environments
  • Experience with Agile at scale: SAFe, Scrum ‑ of ‑ Scrums, Lean development
  • Strong communication skills, including executive ‑ level presentations, roadmap alignment, and decision ‑ making
  • Experience collaborating with customers, partners, and suppliers—particularly within embedded and cloud ecosystems
  • Ability to cultivate a healthy engineering culture focused on collaboration, ownership, and technical excellence
