Your mission

You will own the demand generation strategy and execution for the South Europe region. Working closely with Sales and other GTM and Global Marketing functions, you will drive pipeline growth, strengthen marketing’s contribution to revenue, and ensure that regional activities are aligned with broader business objectives.

What you'll do at UiPath

• Define and execute demand generation strategy aligned to business goals
• Own pipeline targets and ensure marketing contribution to revenue
• Lead demand generation teams and/or major program areas
• Partner with sales leadership and executive stakeholders
• Use data and insights to optimise marketing strategy and investment
• Drive innovation and improve demand generation effectiveness
• Ensure alignment between global strategy and regional execution

What you'll bring to the team

• 10+ years experience in marketing or demand generation
• Experience leading teams and/or large programs
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Expertise in B2B demand generation and digital marketing
• Experience defining and executing strategic demand programs aligned to business objectives
• Proven ability to use data, market insight, and business context to shape strategy and investment decisions
• Experience driving cross-functional alignment at leadership level to deliver business outcomes
