Job Description

Join our Brand Strategy & Experience team at l’Agence Mantu, where you will play a key role in supporting our clients’ corporate and B2B brand strategies and leading impactful communication campaigns. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-value projects, drive commercial development, and contribute to the agency’s continuous improvement.

Your missions

  • Support clients in their corporate and B2B brand strategy and oversee project follow-up.
  • Plan and co‑animate audit workshops, focus groups, and interviews for brand transformation projects, either autonomously or with a Senior Consultant.
  • Analyze findings and translate them into actionable recommendations; prepare and co‑construct key deliverables: brand platform (vision, mission, positioning, values, personality), charter (logo, graphic identity, guidelines), manifesto, transformation rationale.
  • Prepare and (co)construct communication deployment plans, coordinating agency teams (editorial, digital, social media, PR, events).
  • Design and manage communication campaigns with consultants and creative teams: campaign conception (creative brief, brainstorming, client presentations), oversee asset production, brief and monitor media partners, track performance.
  • Provide ongoing advisory support to clients and ensure the quality of agency team deliverables; monitor the deployment of communication materials and actions, adapt plans based on client news.
  • Analyze performance and regularly recommend optimizations.
  • Manage consulting fees and participate in new calls for proposals to expand your portfolio: define methodology and scope for proposed strategies.
  • Contribute to agency marketing: workshops, lunches, meetings, ambassador activities on social networks.
  • Identify commercial opportunities linked to brand deployment: content production (vision film, corporate/B2B tools), social media strategy (leader/employee advocacy), new digital tools (corporate site, intranet, business apps), and print (brochure, magazine).
  • Financial monitoring and reporting.
  • Partner with project managers for ongoing advisory and production phases; collaborate with Consulting Directors and Strategists on strategy and team direction.
  • Conduct market watch and share insights.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of tools/processes for production tracking, performance measurement, and client relationship management.

Your profile

  • Experience in brand strategy, corporate/B2B communication, and campaign management (2–5 years).
  • Experience with project management tools and digital platforms.
  • Experience with generative AI tools.
  • Academic background: degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
  • English fluent. French is a plus.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You demonstrate creativity and proactive problem‑solving abilities.
  • You demonstrate adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
