As part of the expansion of Douglas Elliman France, we are recruiting a Office Director to lead the opening of our Saint-Tropez office .

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Saint-Tropez agency and implement the local commercial strategy
• Recruit, manage, and support the sales team
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of French and international clients
• Identify and negotiate high-end real estate opportunities (prestige properties, land, development projects)
• Represent the Douglas Elliman brand with partners and referral sources
• Ensure excellence in client service and compliance with the network’s standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury real estate, ideally with team management experience
• Excellent knowledge of the Saint-Tropez market and surrounding area
• Strong leadership, results-driven mindset, and a culture of premium service
• Fluency in French and English
• Impeccable presentation and outstanding interpersonal skills
