Team
The Digital Site Manager will be part of the Digital M&S EULA (Europe & Latam) team and will report to the M&S Digital Leadership team for EULA.
Responsibilities
- Oversee digital activities at the site, managing the Local Digital Team and external service providers.
- Act as the main point of contact for project management, aligning site needs with global expectations.
- Participate in Budget and Strategic Plan discussions to ensure digital needs are adequately funded.
- Define site priorities, timing and resources (budgets/FTEs) for adopting standard and global processes.
- Implement an ITS‑Risk Management culture, manage cyber security activities, and ensure business continuity.
- Work with the infrastructure team to enforce standards, communicate releases, and deploy projects.
- Apply consistent ITS methodologies to local projects and manage the site ITS budget.
- Maintain a complete computerized systems inventory and cartography for the site.
- Represent site requirements in design phases of standardisation and globalisation processes.
- Identify and plan the retirement or transition of systems impacted by standardisation.
- Ensure proper implementation of ITS security and continuity policies, monitor KPIs, and communicate outcomes.
- Provide direct support to the Site Management for ITS‑Risk initiatives and audit coordination.
- Configure global systems for local utilisation where appropriate.
- Run ITS or business projects for the site and manage talent, recruitment, and development.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in top‑tier pharmaceutical or consumer goods companies, or consulting firms specializing in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or process transformation.
- Knowledge of pharma or consumer goods business, including supply chain, manufacturing, and quality.
- Demonstrated experience leading and implementing complex digital and data transformation projects.
- Hands‑on technical skills and willingness to dive deep into new technologies.
