ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Our award-winning Digital PR team works with international clients to deliver creative, data-led campaigns that earn attention, drive authority, and support organic performance. We are now seeking a freelance, French-speaking Digital PR professional with a strong understanding of the local media landscape and cultural trends to support ongoing client projects.
You will play a key role in developing and executing Digital PR campaigns for a major global client, collaborating closely with our UK Digital PR team. The ideal candidate combines creativity with an analytical mindset — understanding how earned media coverage and high-quality backlinks contribute to SEO success.
This is a remote, project-based role with potential for long-term collaboration based on performance and campaign needs.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Campaign Ideation & Execution: Develop creative, data-driven campaign concepts tailored to the French audience and media
- Content Creation: Write engaging, culturally relevant press releases and story angles that resonate with French journalists
- Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with French journalists and editors across national, lifestyle, business, and regional outlets
- Outreach & Link Building: Execute targeted outreach to secure high-quality, SEO-relevant coverage and backlinks
- Analysis & Reporting: Evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities to improve coverage, and report on link quality and impact
- Collaboration: Join internal check-ins with the UK team when required and communicate progress transparently and proactively
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in Digital PR or Outreach with a track record of earning high-authority links in the French market
- Native or professional-level fluency in French and strong written communication skills
- Deep understanding of the French media landscape and cultural nuances
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how Digital PR drives organic growth
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and media pitching skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience with PR tools such as Cision, BuzzSumo, Ahrefs, or Meltwater is a plus
