This one-year contract position as an eCommerce Merchandising Specialist at Louis Vuitton involves supporting the e‑retail team by managing new product launches, digital content, and optimizing online customer experiences. The role focuses on driving sales through insightful analysis of e‑commerce performance and inventory, while collaborating with various stakeholders. The specialist will play a key role in enhancing LV.com’s online presence and achieving business objectives.

Job responsibilities

New Product/Collection/Campaign Launch & Digital content management

  • Responsible for product master data and digital content for LV.com in line with central guidelines.
  • Manage product launch operation in systems.
  • Forecast new product sales and report launch performance result.
  • Manage online product display(eVM) optimizations in daily basis.
  • Own the end-to-end management of LV.com and online customer experiences across web & app environment.
  • Closely communicating with central/internal stakeholders on launch preparation.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly report of eCom sales & business KPI’s to improve product selling and general online experience.
  • Perform regular inventory analysis to determine product positioning that will drive sales by improving site and category.
  • Perform planning of online commercial campaigns & digital activations based on eCommerce business strategy.
  • Proceed relevant executions with counterparts(MD, SCM, CS) to maximize sales and sell through.
  • Identify key product trends and price research for competitors.

  • Preferred experience in DTC channel, eCommerce marketing
  • Experience using software (ORACLE/ SFCC/ BCC/ COREMIDEA/ ALGORIA)
