Digital Marketing Coordinator
LE ROLE/ MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Manager in the day-to-day execution of AXS France’s marketing activities. This is a versatile, hands‑on role designed for a junior profile looking to develop strong foundations in digital marketing, campaign coordination and content creation within a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
You will contribute to the rollout of marketing campaigns across digital channels, support social media and content initiatives, assist with website updates and ECRM activations, and help produce marketing materials for both marketing and business development needs.
The role requires adaptability, strong organisational skills and a strong interest in digital marketing tools and trends.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Digital Marketing & Campaign Coordination
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms (website, social media, email, paid media).
- Assist with campaign timelines, asset coordination and performance reporting.
- Support internal coordination with teams and external partners (agencies, clients, venues).
- Work with media agencies to brief/optimise in paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
- Assist with testing new channels and formats and help track campaign performance and learnings.
Website Management
- Support event builds and content updates across ax.com.
- Ensure website content is accurate, up to date and aligned with client and event requirements.
- Assist with basic CMS tasks and help coordinate website updates.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage and animate AXS France social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Plan and schedule content using social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite).
- Propose creative content ideas aligned with brand strategy, events and marketing objectives.
- Create engaging content including copywriting, visuals, short videos and stories.
- Monitor engagement and performance, providing recommendations for optimisation.
- Run competitions and community engagement initiatives to support audience growth.
- Work closely with the central ECRM team to support revenue‑driving campaigns and personalised email journeys for the French market.
- Plan and execute incentive‑based campaigns to drive database sign‑ups and audience acquisition across email, social and app channels.
- Track campaign performance and share insights for future optimisation.
Business Development & Marketing Materials
- Support the creation of marketing and sales materials for the Business Development team including presentations, one‑pagers and case studies.
- Help structure and maintain the company’s internal library of marketing and sales assets.
- Adapt marketing content for client pitches and commercial proposals.
- Provide translation and localisation support (French/English) for presentations, client materials and internal documents.
- Ensure marketing materials reflect the AXS brand and are tailored for the French market.
On‑site Marketing Activations
- Support the Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of on‑site marketing activations at venues and events (branding, fan experience, visibility activations, partner activations).
- Coordinate operational aspects including timelines, assets, logistics and collaboration with internal teams, venues and partners.
- Contribute to post‑event reporting by gathering feedback, documenting learnings and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Market & Competitor Monitoring
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging platforms and content formats.
- Monitor competitor activity across the ticketing sector and relevant consumer brands.
- Identify best practices from the French market and internationally and share insights with the team to inform campaign optimisation.
Reporting & Analytics
- Assist with internal and client‑facing reporting, including weekly and monthly performance summaries across key marketing channels.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong interest in digital marketing, social media and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools such as CMS, CRM/ECRM platforms, social media tools and analytics tools.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Proactive mindset, willingness to learn and positive attitude.
- Interest in music, sport and live events is a strong plus.
