Digital Learning Program Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Learning & AI Coaching Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of our AI‑powered coaching solutions with clients.
This role sits at the intersection of learning design, client success, and product .
You will not only ensure successful deployments, you will shape how our AI Coach and Role Play solutions create real business impact inside organizations .
You will act as a bridge between client needs, learning design, and our product capabilities , ensuring our solutions are fully aligned with business objectives and adopted at scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Coaching & Role-Play Deployment
Lead the implementation of Coachello’s AI Coach and Role Play solutions across client organizations
Pilot new programs, test use cases, and iterate based on feedback
Configure and tailor the experience (scenarios, programs, journeys) to each client’s context
Ensure smooth rollout across platforms (Teams, Slack, LMS…)
2. Learning Design & Program Creation
Design digital learning journeys combining AI coaching, role-play, and human coaching
Create high-impact role-play scenarios (feedback, leadership, sales, onboarding, etc.)
Structure programs aligned with:
leadership frameworks
competency models
transformation priorities
Translate business challenges into engaging, actionable learning experiences
3. Client Partnership & Business Alignment
Work closely with HR, L&D, and business leaders to:
understand their challenges
define use cases
align programs with strategic priorities
Act as a trusted advisor on how to integrate AI coaching into their learning ecosystem
Ensure programs drive measurable outcomes (performance, behavior change, internal mobility…)
As a CSM typically ensures adoption and value realization , your role goes one step further: designing the value itself through learning experiences
4. Pilot, Measure, Iterate
Run pilot programs and scale what works
Track engagement, usage, and impact
Identify friction points and continuously improve programs
Build data-driven recommendations for clients
5. Product & Tech Collaboration
Work closely with Product & Tech teams to:
translate client needs into product improvements
test new features and use cases
co-build new capabilities (AI behaviors, role-play formats, learning flows)
Act as the voice of learning design inside product decisions
6. Enablement & Adoption
Train clients and internal stakeholders on:
AI coaching best practices
role-play usage
program deployment strategies
Create enablement materials:
playbooks
learning guides
demo scenarios
Who You Are
Native French speaker with strong business English or Native English with solid Frencg3–7 years experience in: Digital Learning / Learning Design / Instructional Design or Customer Success in a learning / SaaS environment. Strong understanding of: L&D strategies, leadership development, digital learning ecosystems (LMS, blended learning…). Ability to translate business needs into learning solutions. Comfortable working with AI-driven products and experimentation. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
