Description

The Clinical Education Manager EMEA, GP is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing high‑impact clinical education programs for General Practitioners across EMEA, with a strong focus on digital dentistry workflows, restorative workflows, CAD/CAM solutions, and lab–clinic integration.\n\n

This role acts as a subject‑matter expert in digital restorative dentistry, supporting adoption of digital workflows through evidence‑based education, hands‑on training, and strategic alignment with business objectives. The role works cross‑functionally with Clinical, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure education programs drive clinical excellence, workflow efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.\n\n

Role expectations\n\n1. Clinical Education Strategy & Program Development\n\n

Design, execute, and continuously optimize EMEA‑wide GP education programs focused on:

Digital dentistry and restorative workflows

CAD/CAM and lab‑clinic integration

Tero‑based restorative and digital workflows

Develop blended learning pathways (online, hybrid, and face‑to‑face) including lectures, workshops, and hands‑on courses.

Ensure education programs are aligned with business objectives, regional strategies, and product roadmaps.

Define and manage content localization and market prioritization strategies, balancing clinical impact, budget constraints, and regional capabilities across EMEA.

Define KPIs and success metrics to assess learning effectiveness, adoption impact, and ROI of education programs.\n\n2. Digital Dentistry & Workflow Expertise
