POSITION SUMMARY

This highly cross-functional role will lead direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce growth in Europe, while also managing key digital B2B initiatives to support long-term global expansion. The ideal candidate is a digital-first, data-driven leader with a passion for driving profitable sales, enhancing user experience, and fostering deep client partnerships across both DTC and B2B platforms.

You’ll be responsible for owning P&Ls, managing performance across platforms like Shopify+, Klaviyo, and Stackline, and ensuring strong collaboration with Sales, Brands, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams. This role reports into European digital leadership with a dotted line to Global DTC/B2B organization and will play a critical part in shaping the digital roadmap for Europe and supporting scalable B2B growth globally.

DTC (EU Focus)

  • Lead the EU DTC strategy for Implus brands including site growth, channel expansion, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Oversee category- and brand-level P&L to deliver against revenue and margin targets.
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to execute marketing, promotional, and merchandising strategies.
  • Develop product launch calendars, promotional campaigns, pricing updates, and product listing optimizations.
  • Own EU performance dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, and Stackline.
  • Optimize user experience and conversion in collaboration with IT and creative teams.
  • Drive SEO/SEM strategies in partnership with the SEO Manager to improve visibility and traffic.
  • Partner with supply chain and operations to maintain inventory health and fulfillment SLAs across EU markets.
  • Lead quarterly and weekly business reviews; track KPIs across traffic, AOV, CVR, and CAC.
  • Drive continuous improvement across PDP content, search listings, landing pages, and navigation.

B2B Growth

  • Manage and scale the B2B digital storefront including roadmap ownership, product data accuracy, and site performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key B2B customers and stakeholders; resolve issues and improve retention.
  • Develop and execute B2B digital strategy — with a focus on AOV growth, reordering, and client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales Managers to ensure seamless ordering experience.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on buying patterns and lead segmentation.
  • Support implementation of net terms, B2B payment options, and account-specific price lists.
  • Define and track KPIs such as order frequency, client engagement, and customer health score.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Brand Managers, Creative, Sales, and Operations to align digital tactics with commercial goals.
  • Partner with the Retail Media and Digital Content teams to create content calendars and execute co-branded initiatives.
  • Support the S&OP process with demand forecasting and promotional planning for both DTC and B2B channels.
  • Assist in onboarding and training internal teams on EU eCommerce and B2B workflows as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • 5+ years experience in eCommerce, digital account management, or omnichannel sales
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify+, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Stackline and Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated success managing P&Ls and sales planning across multiple markets or customer types
  • Experience with B2B commerce platforms or portals (e.g., Quick Order, self-serve)
  • Skilled in using data to drive decisions; advanced Excel and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable working in a fast-paced, global matrix environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in German, or Spanish is a plus
  • Experience with ERP and OMS systems (e.g., NetSuite, Mamenta, Cordial)
  • Familiarity with international tax/VAT logistics (EU, UK) and fulfillment nuances
  • Experience launching or scaling DTC sites and/or B2B platforms across Europe

Education & Experience

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field of study OR a combination of education & experience will be considered.
