Digital Marketing & Content Manager – ETT M/F
Location: Rueil‑Malmaison, France
Help shape how Carrier Transicold grows aftermarket revenue across Europe. Carrier Transicold is launching a new Aftermarket & Services eCommerce Marketplace for our Europe Truck Trailer business, a strategic platform that will transform how fleet customers, distributors and service partners discover, purchase and engage with our aftermarket parts, services and digital solutions. We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Manager to lead the marketing strategy, content and customer campaigns that will drive successful launch, adoption and growth of the Marketplace across multiple European countries. This role owns the end‑to‑end customer‑facing experience of the marketplace, from site content and SEO‑GEO to proactive, data‑driven campaigns that grow traffic, conversion and aftermarket revenue.
eCommerce Marketplace Content Management
- Own and continuously optimize customer‑facing marketplace content across multiple European countries and languages, including landing pages, category pages, product pages, promotions, FAQs and editorial assets.
- Define and own marketplace content standards and rules (product data, seller content, editorial pages) and establish clear governance frameworks for internal teams and external sellers.
- Govern content standards, tone of voice and brand consistency across the marketplace and seller ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with Aftermarket & Services, Marketplace representatives, Web/SEO‑GEO, Digital/IT, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
- Partner with Legal, Finance and Compliance to ensure marketplace content meets regulatory, commercial and brand requirements across European markets (terms and conditions, pricing display, disclaimers, country‑specific regulations).
- Partner with the Digital Marketing team on applying SEO‑GEO best practices across marketplace, category and product pages in multiple languages and markets.
Product Catalog & Data Quality Management
- Own content quality across the marketplace catalog (titles, descriptions, attributes, documents and images) in all supported European languages.
- Define mandatory versus optional product data requirements in collaboration with Product, IT and Digital teams.
- Monitor and improve catalog health KPIs (completeness, consistency, accuracy and duplicates).
- Ensure content readiness for marketplace phased rollouts.
Customer Campaigns & Communications
- Partner with the Aftermarket team to define and execute the digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, online orders and aftermarket revenue growth.
- Plan and run proactive customer campaigns (paid, owned and earned) promoting aftermarket parts, service plans and digital solutions.
- Build pre‑launch, launch and post‑launch communication plans across the marketplace, Carrier digital channels, events and trade shows.
- Design and execute CRM, marketing automation and customer lifecycle campaigns to nurture, retain and grow fleet customers and service partners across the aftermarket journey.
- Contribute to marketplace positioning and marketing from a customer‑experience lens.
Analytics & Performance
- Track and report on traffic, acquisition, conversion, engagement and campaign performance.
- Monitor content health KPIs (completeness, accuracy and SEO visibility) and drive continuous improvement.
- Translate customer and marketplace data into insights and next‑best actions for campaigns and content.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Proven experience leading digital marketing, eCommerce or marketplace content in B2B or B2B2C environments.
- Strong understanding of SEO‑GEO principles, keyword research and technical optimization.
- Work product and communications will be conducted in English. Fluent professional English is mandatory for this position.
- Experience with eCommerce and marketplace platforms (Mirakl, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central).
- Proficiency with analytics and SEO‑GEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) and marketing automation, CRM and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Knowledge of web design, HTML/CSS and UX/UI principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Seven years of experience in digital marketing, SEO or eCommerce.
- Proven ability to deliver high‑quality work with a strong work ethic.
- Strong time‑management skills with the ability to work with a sense of urgency under demanding deadlines.
- Comfortable interacting with cross‑functional teams and an international network.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
- Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills.
Fourchette de rémunération
La rémunération annuelle pour ce poste est comprise entre €43000,00-€86000,00 par an. Les facteurs pouvant influencer la rémunération incluent notamment les compétences, la formation, l’expérience et d’autres qualifications spécifiques du candidat retenu. Ce poste peut donner droit à des primes à court terme, sous réserve de conditions définies.
