The Role As Development Engineer of Power Electronics, you will be responsible for the development of cutting-edge technologies for electrified powertrain applications. This will involve conception/advanced development of power electronic, debugging and performance characterization of prototypes.
The Person With a BA Hons Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering, you will have hands-on experience with designing, debugging, testing motor controllers ensuring the development of innovative technologies for electrified powertrain applications.
- Good understanding of magnetics and switching circuit topologies.
- Python/MATLAB scripting for data analysis & visualization, magnetics, simulation in power electronics.
- Knowledge of AC motor control and modulation techniques for three-phase inverters.
- Analog, digital, and mixed-signal hardware design, digital power electronics control development with high-performance 32-bit microcontrollers, and product development experience with CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, etc.
- Proficiency in C, LabView, CANape, CANalyzer for data acquisition should also be highlighted.
