Who we are looking for?

Managers from the SNS team, Morgane, Kévin, Arnaud, and Matthieu are looking for someone to strengthen our Stormshield Network Security team.

For this specific role, we are looking for a developer with at least 2 years of experience. Ideally, we are seeking candidates with in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP.

What is the job description for the Development Engineer?

• Reproduce client and diagnostic issues.
• Perform maintenance to enhance and update existing features.
• Develop new functionalities within embedded firmware for our products.
• Document the progress of your developments and their integration into the solution.

What is the technical environment?

• Technical Stack: FreeBSD
• Automated Tests: Proprietary framework in PERL
• Ecosystem: Unix

You will join the SNS team led by Morgane, Kévin, Arnaud, and Matthieu. Each team is organized into several core groups (Developers, Testers, Tech Leaders, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners).

The team is united and focused on maintaining the stability of developments. All team members work collaboratively with their managers to achieve set goals and commitments.

• An initial call with Alaix, our recruitment officer, to discuss your experience and expectations for this role.
• A call interview with a manager from the engineering team located in Lille. This interview focuses on understanding the technical requirements of the position.
• A technical evaluation with a member of the future team to discuss your technical knowledge.
• A final discussion with Audrey, our HR officer, to provide an overview of Stormshield and finalize your integration.
