Base Pay Range

$24,000 – $62,400 per year.

About The Role

We want a junior developer or software engineering graduate who can work across engineering, product, and community. This hybrid technical and GTM role involves helping developers deploy open‑source models, supporting hackathons, building lightweight demos, and shaping how the European builder community adopts Featherless.

What You’ll Do

• Help students, researchers, model creators, and early‑stage AI startups deploy and scale their projects on Featherless.
• Expand Featherless’s network of builders, labs, and university communities across Europe.
• Create small examples, demos, starter templates, or reference integrations to showcase what’s possible with open models.
• Represent Featherless at hackathons, community events, and developer showcases.
• Act as the voice of the developer community by surfacing insights that shape our roadmap and improve the developer experience.

What You Bring

• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• Comfort with Python or JavaScript and testing APIs, SDKs, or integrations.
• Interest in AI/ML, LLMs, inference, or open‑source developer ecosystems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, resourceful, and enjoys building things end‑to‑end.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Organized and reliable — able to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
• Bonus: experience in hackathons, dev clubs, student labs, OSS projects, or early‑stage startups.
