Our mission is to make our engineering team the most productive in the industry. As a Developer Experience Engineer, you will be the architect of our internal ecosystem. You will move beyond traditional CI/CD to build an intelligent platform that leverages LLMs and AI-driven automation to eliminate friction, reduce cognitive load, and allow our developers to focus solely on shipping value.
Your missions:
- AI Integration: Design and implement AI-powered internal tools (e.g., automated PR reviewers, intelligent documentation search, and AI-assisted debugging agents).
- Platform Orchestration: Build and maintain a "Golden Path" for development, ensuring that starting a new service is a one-click experience.
- Tooling Innovation: Evaluate, integrate, and build advanced CLI tools, IDE plugins, and internal portals to streamline daily workflows.
- Telemetry & Insights: Define and track "Developer Joy" metrics (DORA metrics, build times, and developer sentiment) to identify and destroy bottlenecks.
- Advocacy & Education: Act as a bridge between platform and product teams, teaching best practices and ensuring the tools you build are actually loved and used.
The position can be based in Paris, Rennes or fully remote. Professional trips paid for by the company might be required.
