Technical Challenges

At the boundary of process integration and design, you will play an active role in developing tomorrow’s products by defining the design rules of the technology. To enable the development of optimized and competitive circuits.

Responsibilities

• Understand component manufacturing and reliability constraints.
• Optimize circuit layout and design competitiveness with the design team.
• Create new devices and negotiate technology limits with the process and design teams at STMicroelectronics.
• Collaborate with talented people in a culture of transparency and autonomy.
• Work hand in hand with members of our technical teams; process and integration development.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Unix and basic programming skills (tcl, python) is required.
• PhD or a master’s degree in an industrial area.
• Significant experience with industry‑standard DRC software, such as Calibre® or PVS®, is a differentiator.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Enjoy working in a team and have effective communication to collaborate with design and verification teams.
