Design Ops Builder for AI-Driven Design

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and operates a design and research community that powers our members’ experience. We are seeking an ops-minded builder to scope how AI and automation can help the D&R community move faster while maintaining quality.

You will explore, build and run tooling, improve rituals, and own the roadmap, collaborating with engineers, product and platform teams to scale our community impact globally.
