Your responsibilities
- Take the company’s RSEE policy into account
- Ensure the proper application of procedures and instructions for the projects under their responsibility
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality/safety standards, and professional rules during the quotation phase and throughout the design process
- Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team
- Produce (or have produced) commercial drawings and support cost estimation during the response (quotation) phase to support the commercial proposal
- Propose optimized, well-argued solutions in line with the specifications
- Manage projects in project mode, including passing the milestones for Quotation Review, Project Review, Technical Reviews, and Lessons Learned
- Design (or have designed) the conversion
- Create bills of materials and routings in the ERP system
- Support and assist Manufacturing and Purchasing in their respective roles
- Implement changes to drawings, bills of materials, and routings following feedback from the various stakeholders
- Support After‑Sales Service and Quality in their respective roles (analysis of non‑conformities and proposal of corrective actions, etc.)
- Propose product improvements in terms of Quality, Productivity, Regulatory compliance, etc.
- Be responsible for the development of new products in accordance with the specifications defined by the Product‑Market Managers within their business area
Candidate profile
Minimum Bac +2 level qualification in an Electrical or Electrotechnical Design Office or Electrical Engineering; entry‑level candidates accepted.
You have the skills required to successfully carry out your duties, such as ERP management; proficiency with electrical schematic tools would be appreciated; knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems or solar panels is a plus.
You have excellent analytical and summarizing skills, with strong adaptability and organizational abilities; as a hands‑on person, you have good leadership and facilitation skills. As interdepartmental interactions are significant, you have a strong team spirit and place internal and external customers at the heart of your actions.
