Design Manager

Overview

• Develop and embody Design expertise
• Build and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts
• Lead Design pre-sales activities
• Manage Design & Product programs
• Support and advise decision-makers
• Structure and grow the Design practice

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a consulting firm, agency, or design studio
• Degree from a design school, business school, or engineering school
• Strong expertise in experience design and/or product design
• Ability to drive and uphold a strategic design vision
• Business development experience (ideally focused on design/product topics)
• Experience managing creative, multidisciplinary teams
• Product mindset and agile delivery experience
• Sensitivity to tech and AI issues as applied to design
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
