About the mission: Why we need you

At Resilience, we don’t just sell software; we transform how cancer, IBD, and psychiatric disorders are managed.

As an Implementation Manager (IPM) , you are our field expert. You work hand-in-hand with our Account Managers (AM) , who act as the "conductors" of the deployment within healthcare facilities. While the AM orchestrates the global relationship, you bring the operational expertise to make the project a reality on the ground.

Your impact daily:

• Operational Excellence : Own the end-to-end technical and human deployment, from kick-off to full clinical adoption.

• Change Management : You aren't just installing an app; you are redesigning care pathways. You’ll train medical staff and advise them on the best ways to monitor patients.

• Technical Bridge : Navigate IT integration and billing setup with our tech teams to ensure a seamless experience for hospitals.

• Field Duo : Partner with the AM to ensure the healthcare facility is perfectly onboarded and ready for long-term success.

Is this you

• The Regional Expert : To ensure proximity with our users, we have divided France into 4 strategic zones . You will own your specific region!

• On the move : You are ready to travel 60-70% of the time within your zone.

  • Note: Travels are mostly day trips. Overnight stays remain exceptional.

• Autonomous & Remote : You are highly autonomous and work mainly from home when not on the field. We have great offices in Paris if you want to drop by, but you manage your own schedule!

• The Health Insider : You have a solid background in the healthcare industry. You speak "medical" and understand the challenges of a busy ward.

• The Persuader : You have strong interpersonal skills. You can convince a skeptical doctor and motivate a team of nurses with equal ease.
