Responsibilities

• Review, validate and challenge functional requirements submitted by the Product team to ensure completeness, clarity and technical feasibility.
• Translate business needs into precise functional specifications that can be reliably executed by the offshore engineering team.
• Identify gaps, ambiguities or risks in requirements at the earliest stage to avoid costly downstream rework.
• Own the end‑to‑end quality of delivery, from functional specification through to production release.

Qualifications

• Experience in drafting functional specifications.
• Experience in information technology project management.
• Experience in finance projects deliveries.
• Experience in offshore coordination (India).
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Scrum.
• Knowledge of corporate financial/accounting processes.
• Experience in IT transformations.
• 5+ years of experience in delivery management or IT project management.
• Proven track record delivering ERP finance projects in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Strong experience managing or coordinating offshore development teams, ideally in India or equivalent nearshore setups.
• Fluent in English.
