❗️We can provide relocation assistance if you're outside of the city or country.

As a Data Product Lead , you will be responsible for overseeing the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of data products that drive key business decisions and strategies. You will lead a team of data product owners to ensure the successful implementation of data solutions that align with the company’s goals.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data product owners;
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment;
• Provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations.

Product Management

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data product needs and prioritize features;
• Ensure data products meet business objectives and user needs.

Project Management

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data projects;
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
• Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact for data product-related inquiries;
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives;
• Gather and incorporate feedback to enhance data products.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor and report on the performance of data products;
• Implement improvements based on performance data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data product management, BI, or data analytics;
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role;
• Strong leadership and team management skills;
• Excellent project management and organizational skills;
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, SQL and PowerBI;
• Strong understanding of data governance and data security best practices;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong Team Player;
• Very good written and spoken English.
