Le DMLT Engagement Architect agit comme un lien critique entre les défis complexes de transformation SAP RISE/Cloud ERP et les capacités spécialisées du portefolio de services SAP Data Migration & Landscape Transformation (DMLT). Ce rôle de solution complète est responsable de l’orchestration des présales, de la stratégie de soumission technique et de la définition de l’architecture complète pour les principales initiatives de données.

What you will do

• Orchestrate end-to-end presales and solutioning for SAP RISE and cloud ERP transformations, delivering technical and functional outcomes for data migration and transformation initiatives.
• Engage in strategic selling, lead technical bid management, and present SAP RISE/BDC/AI capabilities, aligning customer executive vision with solution mechanics.
• Own assigned opportunities from start to finish, actively managing presales cycles with sales, customer and SAP subject experts.
• Collaborate closely with customers to assess transformation requirements and manage the opportunity pipeline autonomously.
• Lead and deliver technical assessment workshops, defining project scope, solution approach and business blueprinting for data migration/transformation projects.
• Discuss the DMLT solution portfolio with customers and sales teams to generate demand.
• Assist in developing the overall project plan and individual work plans.
• Handle all incoming inquiries and opportunities promptly with customers, sales teams and subject matter experts.
• Drive adoption of DMLT Automation topics within customer projects.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in SAP services sales or presales.
• 5+ years of experience in bid approval and bid management processes.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally for S/4HANA transition.
• Strong understanding of M&A, divestiture, and data transformation projects.
• Basic knowledge of SAP FI, CO, MM, SD, with ability to articulate process flows and impacts.
• Deep business and functional understanding in at least one area: Finance, Logistics, BW/BDC, Data Integration.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Data Migration and transition scenarios.
• Proficiency in SAP Project Management, creating draft project plans, RACI matrices, SOWs.
• Strong leadership skills, executive-level engagement.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to estimate financial impact of solution architecture alternatives.
• Proven remote service delivery experience with diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to knowledge management and mentoring.
• Experience with license and services presales activities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Language

French language proficiency is a must.
