Data Engineer, Data Modeling

• Thanks to your expertise, it becomes possible to exploit unstructured data from patient records. You will propose and implement methodologies for their extraction, validation and documentation.
• We are currently building the Group's data warehouse, a cross-functional foundation intended to unify, structure and enhance our healthcare data to support research, management and improvement of care.

Requirements

• Contribute to selecting data models used to standardize and leverage structured and unstructured data from patient records and other data sources.
• Design, implement and orchestrate ingestion pipelines for the data platform from sources to national reference vocabularies and international standards.
• Develop and optimize transformations, compute aggregates, and produce statistics and indicators.
• Create data quality metrics and contribute to the technical-functional documentation of processes.
• Contribute to the implementation and evaluation of tools for data transformation, querying and orchestration.
• Help establish data operation best practices within the data platform.
• As part of your duties, you may process personal health data. You will be responsible for the confidentiality and integrity of this data, in compliance with ISO 27001.
