Data Center Business Unit Manager - Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of data center power solutions, including design, sales, production, installation, commissioning, and handover
• Drive new business development and account management across consultants, end users, general contractors, and hyperscale clients
• Own and manage full P&L responsibility for the Business Unit
• Oversee multiple concurrent large-scale projects in the high tens of millions
• Manage and develop cross-functional teams including: Sales engineers, Project engineers, Construction site managers, Commissioning and field service teams
• Act as the key interface between clients, engineering teams, and delivery partners
• Lead contract negotiations, budget control, and stakeholder alignment across complex multi-party environments
• Ensure successful delivery of containerised and fully integrated data center power solutions (onsite and external installations)

Skills/Must have

• Strong commercial leadership background (BD + sales ownership in complex technical environments)
• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or capital projects
• Strong stakeholder management across consultants, contractors, and end users
• Ability to operate in a full-cycle role (sales ? delivery ? commissioning)
• Excellent budget ownership and contract management capability
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary technical and commercial teams
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage at C-level and operational level
• Fluent French and English
