The role is a Data Analyst Intern located in Paris, with possible partial remote.

The Data team transforms data into a product that powers insights, automation, and innovation across the company.

What We Do

• Build data as a product: design, document, and maintain trusted datasets used company-wide—from business reporting to experimentation, automation, and internal tools.
• Operate and evolve a modern data stack: currently Snowflake, dbt, Airbyte, and Metabase; strengthening the stack as the company grows.
• Deliver actionable insights and power AI: produce high‑quality reports, self‑serve dashboards, and data tools that help every team understand, explore, and act on data; lay groundwork for data science initiatives and AI‑powered features.
• Spreading data culture: foster a strong data culture by training teams and sharing best practices to make data both accessible and trustworthy.

What You Will Do

• Continuous learning and improvement: work with an experienced Data Analyst to master analytical methods and tools.
• Data loading and transformation: load and transform data as part of a full‑stack approach; gain exposure to all lifecycle stages of data processes.
• Deep‑dive analyses: explore and analyse data to uncover trends, patterns, and potential issues that support decision‑making across all teams.
• Building data solutions: design and implement internal data solutions, such as forecasting or scoring models and decision‑support tools that turn data into actionable opportunities.
• Reporting and data visualization: create dashboards and charts using the data visualization tool; define report content and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Interactions with stakeholders: collaborate with teams to understand their needs, collect feedback, and evangelise data usage to help them make more informed decisions.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: end‑of‑study internship with prior internship in Data or a demanding environment such as M&A or consulting is a plus.
• Education: graduate from a top‑tier engineering, business, or applied science program.
• Mindset: entrepreneurial, welcoming feedback, and eager to improve continuously.
• Problem‑solving & analytical skills: love solving complex problems and analyzing data.
• Coding knowledge: familiarity with at least one programming language is expected; mastery of SQL and Python is not mandatory but a plus.
• Business acumen: understand business stakeholders’ needs and the big picture of how the business runs.
• Communication: present conclusions clearly and concisely, written and oral.
• Languages: fluent in English, both written and spoken.
