Sonepar is creating a modern, enterprise-scale Data & AI platform built around Microsoft Fabric to accelerate business insights, standardize analytics, and enable trusted data products across domains and countries.\n\n

As a Business Data Analyst , you will play a key role at the intersection of business, analytics, and platform adoption. You will help translate business needs into structured analytical requirements, meaningful KPIs, reusable semantic assets, and actionable insights that can scale across our global organization.\n\n

You will not only analyze data - you will help shape how data is understood, consumed, governed, and turned into business value on top of our new platform.\n\n

You will play a pivotal role in:\n\n

Translating business questions, processes, and pain points into analytical requirements and prioritized data use cases.

Working closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, data modelers, architects, and product teams to define trusted KPIs, business rules, and reporting needs.

Designing and maintaining analytical outputs such as dashboards, reports, scorecards, and decision-support
