Data & AI Products Delivery Lead - AI Products

I psen is strengthening its Global Data & AI Division to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence across the organization and unlock new value for the business. As part of this ambition, we are looking for a Data & AI Products Delivery Lead – AI Products to drive the vision, adoption, and development of Generative AI solutions across Ipsen. This position plays a central role in shaping Ipsen’s Generative AI strategy , consolidating AI initiatives across teams, supporting business adoption, and ensuring that the right platforms, resources, and governance are in place to scale AI solutions. You will act as a key bridge between business & IT teams, Data & AI platforms, and delivery teams to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable value and are adopted across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and maintain a global view of AI initiatives across the organization, identifying opportunities to scale successful use cases.
• Support business teams in identifying and shaping AI use cases, assessing their value and defining best practices for implementation.
• Contribute to the development and adoption of enterprise AI products, including generative AI assistants and copilots.
• Coordinate with data platform teams and engineering resources to enable the successful delivery of AI initiatives.
• Act as a central point of coordination between Business Units, Data & AI teams, and Delivery Leads to ensure alignment and visibility across initiatives.
• Promote adoption of AI tools through stakeholder engagement, training, and communication.

Your profile & expertise

• Around 10 years of experience in data, AI, digital transformation, or technology strategy roles.
• Experience in AI or data consulting, AI strategy, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies (LLMs, copilots, AI assistants) and their business applications.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into concrete business use cases and value creation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in international and cross-functional environments.
• Business-oriented profile with a strong interest in how AI is transforming the way organizations work.
• Comfortable working with and experimenting with generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
