AI & Data Delivery Lead Corporate Functions

Overview

Ipsen is strengthening its Global Data & AI Division to accelerate data-driven transformation across Corporate Functions. We are looking for a Data & AI Products Delivery Lead – Corporate Functions to drive data and IT initiatives across domains such as Finance, Procurement, HR, and Legal .

In this role, you will act as a business-oriented delivery lead , partnering closely with Corporate stakeholders to define priorities, structure roadmaps, and ensure the successful delivery of impactful projects.

Unlike other roles focused on advanced AI or new technologies, this position is centered on business value delivery , including reporting, performance management, and data-driven decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main interface between Data & AI teams and Corporate Functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal).
• Translate business needs into data and IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Build and manage a portfolio and roadmap of initiatives across Corporate domains.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, from demand to implementation and adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Ensure delivery of solutions such as financial reporting, performance management, and data tools.
• Drive prioritization based on business impact and value creation.
• Contribute to change management and user adoption of delivered solutions.
• Ensure alignment with broader Data & AI and IT strategies.

Your profile & expertise

• 7+ years of experience in IT project delivery, product management, or transformation roles.
• Strong experience working on IT projects within Corporate Functions, especially Finance, as well as HR or Procurement.
• Experience delivering solutions such as financial reporting, data platforms, or performance management tools.
• Knowledge or experience with EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solutions is a strong plus.
• Strong business understanding with the ability to translate needs into pragmatic IT solutions.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a matrix environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Agile mindset and experience working with delivery teams.
• Fluent in English.
