Role Overview

Reporting directly to the CTO, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Manager to lead and strengthen the security of our information system. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the cybersecurity strategy, while also taking on an operational role that includes IT support.

Your Mission

Cybersecurity

• Define and deploy, in collaboration with the CTO, the company’s cybersecurity strategy
• Implement and maintain security policies (ISSP, access management, etc.)
• Oversee security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments
• Manage security incidents and coordinate response plans
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.)
• Raise employee awareness of cybersecurity best practices
• Monitor threat evolution and propose continuous improvements

IT Support

• Provide Level 1/2 technical support to users
• Manage hardware, software, and network incidents in collaboration with the IT service provider
• Document procedures and ensure reporting of interventions

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in cybersecurity
• Strong knowledge of security tools (SIEM, EDR, firewalls, antivirus, etc.)
• Good knowledge of ISO 27001 certificationProficiency in systems and network environments
• Ability to manage incidents and work in a project‑based environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a service‑oriented mindset
• Analytical thinking, rigor, and autonomy
