Within the IT department of EDHEC’s Business Development Department, the role focuses on defining, implementing, and managing the company’s information security strategy, protecting systems, data, and users against cyber threats while driving continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitoring and managing security alerts, analyzing and qualifying alerts, and managing incident response until resolution.
• Conducting pentests and vulnerability management: organizing and coordinating intrusion testing campaigns, weekly follow‑up on pentest results, prioritizing vulnerabilities, and monitoring remediation progress.
• Leading cybersecurity awareness and training: designing and deploying internal phishing campaigns, analyzing results, and implementing tailored training initiatives.
• Reporting and governance: updating monthly security reports, producing clear indicators for management, and contributing to the improvement of security processes and internal policies.
• Acting as DPO Representative to ensure GDPR compliance; ISO 27001 implementation experience is a bonus.

Profile

• Technical: strong expertise in log handling and analysis; knowledge of SIEM, XDR, vulnerability scanners, phishing solutions; foundation in system, network, and application security; familiarity with pentesting and vulnerability management methodologies; comfortable with AWS environment and security.
• Cross‑functional: proactive, analytical, synthesis skills; strong communication with technical and non‑technical teams; rigorous, autonomous, responsible; works closely with the system and network administrator; manages tickets; stays current on threat techniques.

Qualifications

• Minimum higher education degree in IT, at least 10 years in IT including 5 years in cybersecurity.
• Proficient in technical and professional English; multicultural and multi‑site experience (Nice, Paris, Singapore, London) preferred.
• Additional knowledge: firewalls (PaloAlto), switches and servers (HP/Aruba), antivirus (Cortex XDR), patch management (BigFix), email systems (Office 365), SIEM (Logpoint), pentesting (Pentera), bastions (Wallix), AWS Cloud.
