Cyber Security Engineer (H/F/N)

About the Role

As a Cyber Security Engineer you will play a critical role in safeguarding our assets and ensuring the integrity of our tech-enabled music group. This position requires a unique blend of defensive security expertise and a proactive, hacker-like mindset to anticipate and mitigate threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Active Defenses using advanced tools and methodologies to monitor, analyze, and respond to potential security threats.
• Lead proactive threat hunting initiatives to identify and address threats.
• Respond to security incidents, minimizing impact and coordinating recovery efforts.
• Participate in purple team exercises to bridge the gap between offensive and defensive security strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of security practices and policies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and our agile methodology.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cybersecurity, especially within blue team or a SOC.
• Strong understanding of networks, systems, endpoint protection, SIEM solutions, and threat intelligence.
• Experience in incident response and handling, with keen analysis of logs and alerts.
• Creative and analytical thinker with a hacker mindset, curious about the red team domain.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., GIEC, OSCP, etc.) highly desirable.
