In this role, you will be the primary advocate and trusted partner for enterprise‑level customers, directly influencing global supply chain efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities where additional solutions can solve customers pain points, ensuring comprehensive value from the Transporeon ecosystem.
- Support the comprehensive onboarding and ramp‑up process for our customers to ensure a seamless transition from implementation to operational success.
- Manage complex stakeholder communications across Logistics, IT, and Procurement departments to ensure operational excellence.
- Orchestrate strategic customer engagements to align future business goals with innovative product functionality and best‑practice utilization.
- Spearhead cross‑departmental initiatives to lead change management and process improvements that enhance long‑term customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Analyze adoption trends and customer feedback to proactively optimize the customer journey, ensuring solutions consistently deliver meaningful value and support long‑term success.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Italian and French proficient/native with mandatory fluent level of English; Spanish is a plus.
- At least 1‑2 years of experience in customer success or similar customer‑facing roles.
- Exceptional communication skills with a natural talent for building influential relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and growth strategies.
- Demonstrated experience leading process improvements and change‑management initiatives across multiple departments.
Bonus Points
- Industry knowledge in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or experience in LogTech or SaaS environments.
