Customer Success & Operations Intern

Rue des Vignerons is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Toulouse to manage the full customer service function and support partners and account managers. You will respond to requests, help plan events, and ensure customer satisfaction while designing processes and reporting improvements.

The role requires excellent English, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus. An interest in wine and tourism is valued.
