We are seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to join our team in Paris on a full-time, CDI basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and driving customer satisfaction.
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast‑paced, international environment. You enjoy working closely with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they get the most value from the solutions provided.
What You Will Work On
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers
- Support clients through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing product adoption
- Provide proactive guidance and insights to help customers maximise the value of our solutions
- Manage and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Organise and lead regular check‑ins, business reviews, and training sessions
- Collect and analyse customer feedback, sharing actionable insights with internal teams
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the customer experience
Who You Will Work With
- Cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to deliver a seamless customer experience
- International clients across a variety of industries
- Internal stakeholders to share feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What You Will Bring
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken); an additional language is a strong advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities effectively
- A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
- Good organisational and analytical abilities with strong attention to detail
- A customer‑first attitude with a positive and adaptable approach
- Experience with CRM or customer‑success tools is an advantage
