Customer Solutions Associate

Role Summary

The Customer Solutions Associate is an integral part of the Customer Service team based in Quincy, Illinois. This role provides sales support and superior customer service to domestic accounts, customers, and staff, with a focus on understanding customer needs through education, problem solving, and communication. The successful candidate will develop and grow business while building customer relationships based on mutual trust and respect, delivering industry-leading fulfillment accuracy, flexibility, and innovative service solutions. The candidate must be driven by a passion to help others.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process sales orders to meet customer requirements
• Promote customer loyalty by consistently delivering quality products
• Drive for continuous improvement in service, quality and efficiency
• Confirm transportation arrangement for shipment of materials
• Communicate customer activity with Account Managers
• Support and respond to product inquiries/requests from both prospective and current customers
• Resolve issues and complaints, and implement solutions for the best customer experience
• Following regulatory and audit guidelines as applicable
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or related experience
• Required: Minimum of 3 years of customer service or sales experience
• Required: Microsoft Office applications experience
• Preferred: A minimum of 2 years ERP experience (not required)
• Required: Strong problem solving skills
• Required: Strong organization skills, demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time with good attention to detail
